SRE & Continuous Platform Support (MirSRE)
Continuous management of business-critical platforms based on Site Reliability Engineering principles: measurable reliability and self-healing
A help desk waits for something to break. Site Reliability Engineering makes failures less frequent — and, when they do happen, enables the system to recover on its own. MirSRE is the Miriade SRE & Continuous Platform Support service. It provides continuous management of business-critical platforms, with measurable reliability objectives, automated event response (self-healing), and ongoing operations management. We do not just react to failures: we engineer platforms so that they fail less often.
The service in brief
- Service
- Continuous management of business-critical platforms based on SRE principles.
- Brand name
- MirSRE.
- Service line
- Miriade managed services line (Control phase), alongside MirDB (databases) and MirAI (AI in production).
- When you need it
- You need reliability over time, not just fixes when something breaks.
- R.O.C.E. phase
- Control: the third phase of the Miriade R.O.C.E. methodology (Recover · Optimize · Control · Evolve).
- Who it is for
- Organizations with unstable platforms, and organizations that need to govern and control their platforms over time.
- Scope
- Reliability, self-healing, and continuous operations management of business-critical platforms.
- Approach
- Measurable reliability objectives, not generic "support."
- Distinct from
- A help desk (which waits for failures) and the Platform Stabilization Sprint (a time-boxed engagement).
When reliability cannot depend on luck
Some platforms are too critical to be run on restarts and on what people happen to remember. They need a managed service with a defined method and measurable objectives.

Miriade MirSRE managed service
How we manage your platforms
The managed service adapts to the criticality of the platform and to its reliability objectives. The main areas:
SRE managed service
Continuous management with measurable reliability objectives (SLOs), monitoring, and error budgets to balance stability and release velocity.
Self-healing
Automated event response: the platform detects abnormal conditions and reacts on its own, reducing manual work and recovery times.
Continuous support
Ongoing operations management of business-critical platforms, with a defined method, clear responsibilities, and resilience engineering.
Reliability as an objective, not a hope
We do not wait for the failure: we make it less likely and easier to manage.
The technologies we use
Some of the technologies and platforms we work with on this service.
From recovery to continuous management
The area spans immediate recovery (Recover) to continuous management (Control). SRE maintains application reliability over time. It also serves organizations that need to govern their platforms.
Miriade 112
Technical emergency response for a stalled or failing system.
RecoverPlatform Stabilization Sprint
An intensive sprint on chronic degradation in cloud environments and applications.
RecoverData Pipeline Incident Recovery
Unblocking data flows and restoring continuity of data assets.
SRE & Continuous Platform Support (MirSRE)
Continuous managed service and self-healing for business-critical platforms.
You are hereDatabase Managed Service (MirDB)
Continuous database management, with more than 50 parameters under control.
Frequently asked questions
What is MirSRE?
MirSRE is the brand name of SRE & Continuous Platform Support, the Miriade managed service for application reliability. It belongs to the Miriade managed services line, alongside MirDB (databases) and MirAI (AI in production).
What is the difference between a help desk and SRE?
A help desk responds to tickets when something breaks. SRE manages the platform with measurable reliability objectives, prevents incidents, and automates the response (self-healing).
What is self-healing?
It is the automation of event response: the platform detects an abnormal condition and reacts on its own, reducing manual work and recovery times.
How is it different from the Platform Stabilization Sprint?
The Sprint is a time-boxed engagement that removes the causes of a degradation. SRE is the continuous managed service that maintains reliability over time. The Sprint often comes first.
Do you also manage platforms you did not build?
Yes. The managed service applies to existing business-critical platforms, regardless of who built them.
What are SLOs and error budgets?
SLOs (service level objectives) set the expected level of reliability. The error budget is the margin of acceptable risk that allows faster releases while keeping stability under control.
Is SRE only for stability, or also for governance?
Both. The same managed service addresses two needs: stability of business-critical platforms and operational control over time.
