Technical emergency response

Miriade 112

Incident response and performance recovery for business-critical IT systems.

Miriade 112 is a technical emergency response service for critical issues on production IT systems: platforms, business-critical applications, databases, data pipelines, cloud environments, DevOps, analytics, and AI. We analyze the blocking issue, identify the root cause or the technical area responsible, and define the fastest path to resolution. The name comes from 112, the European emergency number (911 in North America, 110/120 in China).

When to use it

When to use Miriade 112

Miriade 112 is designed for situations where the problem is real, urgent, or hard to isolate. We don't start from a product, a technology, or a standard assessment: we start from the problem.

A production system is down, unstable, or degraded.
A business-critical application slows down, throws errors, or stops responding.
A data pipeline is stalled, slow, or failing.
A database suffers from performance issues, locks, resource saturation, or slow queries.
A cloud environment produces errors, bottlenecks, or anomalous costs.
A CI/CD pipeline, a deployment, or a DevOps environment is not working.
An analytics or AI process is not behaving as expected.
The internal team cannot identify the root cause.
Multiple vendors each analyze only their own piece, with no end-to-end view.
The process

How it works

From opening the incident to any remediation work: six clear steps, designed so you don't lose time.

Incident opening

Open a request from the website describing the issue, the system involved, the business impact, the urgency, the technologies, any available errors or logs, and your technical points of contact. You don't need all the information up front: what you have is enough for an initial triage.

Initial triage call Free

A call to understand what isn't working, for how long, what impact it has, which systems and technologies are involved, what access is available, and whether the issue falls within our scope. If we realize we can't help, we tell you right away.

Defining technical prerequisites

Together we define the minimum conditions to work: secure access and channels (VPN, bastion host), logs, metrics, configurations, queries or code, architecture documentation, points of contact, and operational authorizations. If anything is missing, we can help you set it up.

Initial technical analysis Fixed fee

We analyze the issue, collect evidence, test the main hypotheses, and identify the possible causes, determining whether the problem lies in the application, infrastructure, database, pipeline, cloud, security, configuration, governance, or integration. The fee applies only when the conditions for a useful, agreed analysis are in place.

Phase one output

You get a concrete basis for decisions: a problem summary, evidence and checks, root-cause hypotheses or the area responsible, what was ruled out or validated, risks and impacts, immediate recommendations, a remediation proposal, and a time and cost estimate.

Phase two: remediation

If you approve the proposal, we step in: fixing the issue, database or application tuning, query, pipeline, and workload optimization, cloud and infrastructure work, stabilization, monitoring and alerting, security, and a prevention plan. Quoted separately based on complexity, urgency, and scope.

Where we step in

Technical areas we cover

Business-critical applications

Performance, errors, resource saturation, anomalous behavior, fragile integrations, code or components to analyze.

Databases

Parameter tuning, slow queries, locks, indexes, configurations, critical workloads, performance or stability issues.

Data pipelines

Stalled pipelines, failed jobs, fragile orchestration, slow ingestion, inefficient ETL/ELT, data quality.

Cloud and infrastructure

Unstable environments, poorly sized resources, network, compute, storage, or configuration issues, anomalous costs.

DevOps and delivery

CI/CD pipelines, failed deployments, misaligned environments, automation, Kubernetes, containers, release management.

Analytics and AI

Slow dashboards, costly workloads, unstable AI models or services, LLM/RAG integrations that need monitoring and governance.

Security

Application security, data security, pipeline security, configurations, access, and controls embedded in processes.

Our approach

What sets Miriade 112 apart

Many incidents don't originate in a single component. A slowdown can stem from a query, a database parameter, an inefficient pipeline, an application service, a cloud configuration, a security issue, or the way systems were integrated. Miriade brings together different areas of expertise to look at the problem end to end and get to the cause, not just the symptom.

If we can't help you, we tell you right away.

Can we help?
What is needed to analyze the issue?
Where does the cause appear to be?
Which checks are needed?
What can be done right away?
What does remediation cost, and which risks need to be managed?
For clarity

What it is not

A generic help desk
A standard ticketing service
An extended audit
A sales-driven assessment
Automatic acceptance of any issue
A guarantee of resolution without access to adequate data and technical information

It is a technical emergency response service for critical or blocking issues on production systems.

Service scope

What emergency response does not cover

Miriade 112 is an emergency response service for critical incidents involving systems, data, and applications. For clarity, the following areas are outside its emergency scope:

Hardware recovery or repair
SAP S/4HANA systems
End-user workstations and clients

Not sure whether your case is in scope? Contact us before activating emergency response: together we'll check whether your case is covered.

After the emergency

From incident to roadmap: the R.O.C.E. methodology

Miriade 112 is built to handle the emergency, but it can become the first step of a broader roadmap across the four phases of the Miriade R.O.C.E. methodology.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Miriade 112 a help desk?

No. It is a technical emergency response service for critical or blocking issues on production systems.

Is the initial call free?

Yes. It is used to triage the issue and determine whether Miriade can contribute.

When is the fixed fee charged?

Only if, after triage, the conditions are in place to start a useful initial technical analysis.

What happens if Miriade can't help?

We tell you right away, and the customer pays nothing.

What is needed to start the analysis?

Depending on the issue: access, logs, metrics, configurations, technical points of contact, and secure channels such as VPN or bastion host.

Does the initial analysis always solve the problem?

Not necessarily. Its purpose is to identify the cause or the technical area responsible and to propose the remediation.

Facing a critical issue in production?

Open an incident: we'll hold an initial call to understand the issue and tell you whether we can help. If we can step in, we define the prerequisites and start with a fixed-fee initial analysis. If we're not the right partner for that problem, you pay nothing.
